I offer lessons on violin, viola, cello, viola da gamba, and piano as well as in composition, ear-training, and musicianship. Group classes and chamber ensemble placement and coaching are also available.

Rates and policies

Weekly Lessons:

60 minute lessons — $460 / month

45 minute lessons — $360 / month

30 minute lessons — $270 / month

Weekly lessons are billed monthly at a flat rate regardless of the number of weeks in the month.

One-off or irregular sessions:

60 minutes — $150, billed at time of service

Ensemble coaching:

60 minute coaching — $40 per person per coaching, billed in packages of 10 or more sessions.

Cancellations:

There are no refunds or alternate dates available for lessons cancelled or missed by a client.

A summer session of lessons can be scheduled with me in July and August free of charge and is a good way to “make up” time that you may have to miss during the rest of the year.

At my discretion monthly tuition may be waived to accommodate a students leave of absence.
